The quality control process
1)Purchasing
Thorough market research, understand the price of raw materials and performance.To the procurement source to understand 

fully, and fully guarantee the quality of the procurement of raw materials.
2) Inspection
Four steps: sampling, sample pretreatment, measuring and data processing.
3) Producing
a)Each operator must do self-inspection of producs and make the corresponding inspection records.
b)Full-time inspectors through check the operator self-inspection, and review and sign in the corresponding record. Full-time inspection is responsible for inspection of finished product, and make the finished product incoming inspection records.
4) Before selling
Test result can be provided before selling.
Third-party detection institution is allowed if you are not satisfied with test results.

1.We will ship the goods within 5days after get your payments.If you want to cancel or change order, please tell me within 24

hours after you finish the payment...So we both can make the best of the bad bargain.

2.We will ship the goods that you order from us by EMS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx.We will decided to choose which courier depend 

on Different countries.To find the best way to delivery the goods for you.

3.As usual you can get the goods with in 4-7days.

Answer: Yes, we have our own factory and lab.

Answer: Yes, we have GMP certificate for some products, and we can provide DMF as well.

Answer: -Quality you require, eg. Assay, Purity, or single impurity
-Quantity you need
-Standard you want, such as USP, EP, JP etc.

Answer: Escrow and T/T in advance are highly recommended. We can accept Western Union, Money Gram and Paypal as well. 

Answer: For sample, in about 2 working days after payment; for larger orders (more than 1kg), in about 5 working days after 

payment. 

Answer: We have strong cooperation with DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDEX, EMS, China Air Post. For container products, we can do sea shipping.You also can choose your own shipping forwarder.

Answer: For samples, we will send by TNT/DHL/FEDEX/UPS express, usually it takes about 3-5 to reach you; for larger orders, 

it will take about 7 -10days at most. 

Answer: We will send you a COA (Certificate of Analysis) to you first for you to confirm the quality, but if you find our products not 

confirm with the COA after you receive it, please show us your test result, we will refund you once we confirm that.
